Senior Product Designer

We’re expanding fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in motion: part visionary, part builder, and all-in on creating digital experiences that feel effortless at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design from concept to launch across ArcticBlue’s core and emerging products.

• Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and growth teams to turn rough ideas into crisp, high-impact designs.

• Design systems that adapt across markets and languages — balancing clarity, performance, and brand voice.

• Run workshops with clients and users around the world to validate insights and evolve the product experience.

• Bring a strong product sense: you’ll question assumptions, shape priorities, and help decide what we build next.

• Contribute to — and help evolve — ArcticBlue’s global design system and culture of experimentation.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product design experience in fast-paced environments (startups, agencies, or tech).

• Deep experience in end-to-end design: from research to wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and prototyping.

• Strong collaboration chops — you’re great with feedback, can speak “engineering” and “product” fluently, and know when to push for better.

• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility principles.

• Ability to travel periodically for client sessions and team sprints (10–20%).

• Curiosity, independence, and a bias for action. You don’t wait for permission to make things better.
