You’ll identify, build, and manage strategic relationships that help ArcticBlue grow faster — from enterprise partnerships and government collaborations to ecosystem alliances and co-innovation opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and secure partnerships that amplify ArcticBlue’s reach across industries and regions.

• Build deep relationships with strategic partners — from technology providers and resellers to enterprise clients and public-sector programs.

• Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, engineering) to structure and launch joint initiatives.

• Negotiate partnership terms, ensuring mutual value and alignment with ArcticBlue’s global objectives.

• Monitor partnership performance, track KPIs, and iterate on strategy for continuous impact.

• Represent ArcticBlue at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem forums.

• Spot trends and emerging opportunities across AI, SaaS, and digital transformation markets.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in tech, AI, SaaS, or digital innovation.

• Proven success building multi-stakeholder relationships and driving measurable outcomes.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Strategic mindset with a bias for execution — you see both the big picture and the next step.

• Comfort working across cultures and time zones in a fast-moving environment.

• Willingness to travel globally (20–30%) for partner and ecosystem engagements.
