Local AI Operator: Saudi Arabia

To keep our momentum in the Middle East, we’re looking for a Local AI Operator based in Saudi Arabia: someone who lives at the intersection of tech, data, and execution.

This isn’t a back-office role — it’s a frontline one. You’ll operate, tune, and deploy ArcticBlue AI solutions directly with clients, ensuring every system performs flawlessly in local contexts.

What You’ll Do

• Deploy and operate AI models and tools in real-world client environments.

• Monitor system performance, flag issues, and optimize model accuracy and responsiveness.

• Work closely with global ArcticBlue teams to adapt AI workflows for local market needs.

• Interface with clients to gather data, support onboarding, and translate technical updates into actionable insights.

• Ensure full compliance with local regulations, data privacy standards, and operational protocols.

• Contribute feedback and insight from on-the-ground operations to shape product development.

What We’re Looking For

• Based in Saudi Arabia, with strong familiarity with local business culture and technical environments.

• 3+ years of experience in AI operations, ML support, or data engineering — or proven ability to learn fast in technical systems.

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Hands-on comfort with tools like Python, APIs, model monitoring dashboards, and deployment platforms.

• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.

• Willingness to travel across Saudi and the wider region for client work (up to 25%).
