As we expand across North America, we’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager who can connect vision with execution: someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and people.

You’ll be the trusted partner to ArcticBlue’s U.S. clients — building long-term relationships, guiding deployments, and ensuring our AI-driven products deliver measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own key U.S. client relationships, from onboarding to expansion.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and ArcticBlue’s global engineering, product, and design teams.

  • Understand business goals and translate them into clear technical or operational deliverables.

  • Lead client communications, progress updates, and executive reviews.

  • Identify new opportunities for collaboration and upsell within existing accounts.

  • Keep a pulse on U.S. industry trends — AI, SaaS, data privacy, and automation — to anticipate client needs.

  • Represent ArcticBlue at industry events, conferences, and client strategy sessions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Based in the United States with 5–8 years in client management, partnerships, or account leadership.

  • Experience working with technology, SaaS, AI, or enterprise software clients.

  • Excellent communicator — confident with C-suite conversations and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Business-savvy and tech-curious — you know how to connect innovation to commercial results.

  • Comfortable in a global, distributed environment with colleagues across time zones.

  • Willing to travel (20–30%) for client visits and in-person sessions.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, accountable, and energized by growth.
