Client Relationship Manager: GCC

Gulf Region (Hybrid / Travel-Based) | Full-Time

At ArcticBlue, we’re scaling advanced AI and digital systems across industries and continents. The GCC is one of our fastest-growing regions — and we’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager who can help us deepen partnerships, expand our network, and deliver impact across the Gulf.

This role blends strategy, relationship-building, and operational excellence. You’ll represent ArcticBlue on the ground, working directly with clients and our internal teams to turn global innovation into local success.

What You’ll Do

  • Own relationships with ArcticBlue’s GCC clients — from first engagement through delivery and growth.

  • Understand each client’s strategic goals and connect them with ArcticBlue’s AI and digital solutions.

  • Coordinate between local clients and global ArcticBlue teams to ensure projects run smoothly and deliver measurable results.

  • Lead business reviews, executive briefings, and client workshops across multiple Gulf markets.

  • Identify cross-market growth opportunities and support new client acquisition.

  • Stay informed on emerging trends in AI, tech regulation, and digital transformation across the GCC.

What We’re Looking For

  • Based in the GCC (Saudi, UAE, Bahrain, or nearby) with deep understanding of regional business culture.

  • 5–8 years in client management, partnerships, or business development — ideally in tech, SaaS, or AI-driven industries.

  • Skilled communicator and relationship builder — fluent in English, with Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.

  • Tech-literate and commercially minded — you know how to translate innovation into business value.

  • Comfortable traveling across the region for client visits and events (30–40%).

  • Entrepreneurial mindset — self-starter, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity.
