Client Relationship Manager: Dubai

At ArcticBlue, we’re scaling AI-driven products and solutions across industries and continents — fast. As we grow our footprint in the UAE and wider MENA region, we’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager who can bridge strategy, trust, and execution.

You’ll be the connector between ArcticBlue’s global teams and our clients on the ground — ensuring every engagement delivers impact, clarity, and momentum.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow client relationships across enterprise, government, and innovation sectors in the UAE.

• Act as the local face of ArcticBlue — understanding client goals, anticipating needs, and translating them into actionable plans.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI operations teams to deliver on commitments and exceed expectations.

• Lead onboarding, project updates, and executive presentations with confidence and clarity.

• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development in the region.

• Stay ahead of market shifts and emerging tech trends to guide clients through change.

What We’re Looking For

• Based in Dubai, with deep knowledge of UAE business culture and decision-making dynamics.

• 5+ years in client-facing roles — ideally in tech, SaaS, AI, or enterprise solutions.

• Strong communicator in English (Arabic a plus); able to engage at both executive and operational levels.

• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

• Tech-curious and commercially sharp — you understand how innovation drives business outcomes.

• Energetic, adaptable, and ready to travel across the GCC for client and team meetings.
