We’re looking for an AI Engineer who’s ready to move beyond experimentation and into large-scale, real-world deployment. You’ll help design, build, and optimize models that serve clients across industries and continents.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models across ArcticBlue’s product ecosystem.

• Work closely with product designers, operators, and data teams to translate client needs into scalable AI solutions.

• Build robust data pipelines, APIs, and monitoring tools to ensure real-time performance and reliability.

• Optimize inference, latency, and accuracy for models in production environments.

• Research and prototype new techniques in NLP, multimodal learning, and AI-agent workflows.

• Contribute to ArcticBlue’s growing internal AI framework and toolchain.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of experience in machine learning, applied AI, or data engineering.

• Solid skills in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and modern MLOps frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, Weights & Biases, etc.).

• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience shipping models into production — not just research.

• Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible deployment practices.

• Comfortable working in distributed teams and collaborating asynchronously across time zones.

• Passion for pushing boundaries — from prototyping to production.
